Kuni Awai has been part of the Other family for 6 years and in 2010 she began adding her hand crafted leather accessories to the shop floor.

Working alone Kuni makes her leather goods completely by hand and without the aid of machines. Her craft is a way of her communicating with the world, working in natural materials and creating sculptural objects using traditional techniques.

 

All the materials are sourced in the UK and produced in London ensuring Kuni has complete control and a close relationship with  all  AWAI products.
