Delivery and Returns
At OTHER/shop, we try to offer a prompt, value-for-money service and this is reflected in our keen delivery pricing, and a returns policy that means you can buy with confidence.
We aim to deliver your goods within five working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.
If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch and let us know. There may be a small additional shipping fee, but we'll do our best to help you.
Standard UK Delivery (orders £150 and over): FREE
Standard UK Delivery (orders under £150): £10
Standard European Delivery (orders £150 and over): FREE
Europe (excluding Russia) Delivery: £20
Outside Europe: £30
We do not ship to Russia. Any order placed with a Russian delivery address with be voided and refunded.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying OTHER/shop either by email or phone call strictly within seven days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.
You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within seven days of date of invoice to OTHER/shop at the address provided below. You must then return the goods to OTHER/shop at your expense. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods OTHER/shop reserves the right not to accept their return. OTHER/shop will refund your purchase price to you in full within seven days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt.
If you need to return any item, please wrap securely (enclose your order number & proof of purchase), clearly mark the front of the package with 'RETURN' and send to:

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to OTHER/shop and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.
VAT-free shopping for non-EU deliveries
Customers shipping to destinations outside of the EU will not be charged VAT. The current VAT rate set by the UK government is 20%, which will be deducted at checkout.
