Guidelines for Shopping with OTHER/shop

 

Placing your order with OTHER/shop

Once you have found the items(s) you wish to purchase please select the size you require.

To do this click on the size you require, the Size will then be underscored ( M ) indicating you have selected that size.  Sizes will only be shown if they are in stock.

Confirmation of Order

On receipt of you order we will send you a confirmation email.

 

Amendment of order

We manage all orders from our store in Kingly Street in Central London and we start to process your order immediately we receive it.

If you wish to make a change to your order please contact the store immediately after receipt of your confirmation email either by telephone or email.

Order Processing

You will receive an email when the order is being processed, the email will also include a Tracking number which will enable you to track your order.

Please note at this stage no amendments can be made to your order.

 

When will I receive my order?                                                                                     

We want you to be totally happy with the service we provide and aim to process and have orders collected the same day they are placed

 

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14.00 GMT will normally be collected on the same day by the carrier.  For orders placed after 14.00 GMT Monday to Thursday these will be normally be collected by the carrier the following day.

 

For orders placed Friday after 14.00 GMT, orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be collected by the carrier on the first available working day.

 

In general, UK orders are usually delivered within 2 / 3 working days of receipt of the order.

Delivery time scales for International orders vary depending on the destination Country.

 

I have not received my order?

We use a carrier which provides a tracking service which greatly mimises lost packages.

Please use the tracking number in your order processing email to track your order. 

Please contact the carrier if you have any problems with delivery of your order.

International shipping

Some products are not available for shipping to certain countries this is indicated on the product pages

In cases where your order is subject to tax and import duties you will be responsible for those costs.

If we have sent you the incorrect size or the item is faulty then the item will be collected free of charge at you convenience from any address that you wish please contact the store either by telephone on 020 7734 684 or email (kinglyst@other-shop.com) to arrange collection.

 

If you do not require the item or have ordered the incorrect size then the item must be posted via a recorded delivery service, clearly marking the package as “RETURN” using the Shop address below.

Returns to Store

We are able to accept U.K. returns in our store in Kingly Street. If you do wish to return an online order to the store please ensure you bring all documentation to help process the return.

Guidelines for Shopping with OTHER

Cancellation of Order

  • The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise that you have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.
  • The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
  • We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to contact us quoting your order number.
  • If you have already received your order, you will need to return all of the items in the order.
  • The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
  • We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
